These comments are created by bots and serve no purpose but to clutter your website with advertisements for their website. (Much like a lot of YouTube comments) WordPress is a open source content management system (CMS) and popular blogging software. It typically requires Apache, MySQL, and PHP. I can run on other platforms as well such as IIS (Internet Information Services) and Microsoft SQL. It's a great way to create a websites for people that don't know how to create websites.
